In 2012 childhood friends Molly Martin & Andrea Mohn started Antoinette Baking Co. in a small space in Tulsa’s Brookside neighborhood. Molly realized her passion for baking during her pursuit of the perfect macaron, which is documented in her blog (it was 2009 & blogs were life) The Velvet Macaron. This obsession is still alive & well. Andrea started making bread & cakes for friends & family at home which turned into making a 6 tier wedding cake for her sister. Needless to say she realized that was crazy & she couldn’t get enough. The bakery moved to the Tulsa Arts District in 2015 & has loved growing with the community. Being a part of everyday celebrations is why we love opening our doors each morning.

Owner and head baker, Hope Alexander, uses layers of the highest quality butter and flour to create a seasonally changing range of french breakfast pastries and desserts in her shop- and many feature Grassroots Ranch eggs, sausage, chorizo, and bacon. Gibson Gardens, a 10-acre produce farm in Bixby, Oklahoma started out as just that- a garden. The difference in flavor and quality compared to what was found in stores was what inspired them to take it to the next level. In the words of Randall Gibson, "the tomatoes just tasted so much better than anything store bought that I just thought, 'heck- people would buy these.' " Now they cultivate the vast majority of their 10-acre property, with the exception of rough areas reserved as beneficial bug sanctuaries and wildflower reserves for pollinators.

Hungry Duck Farm is a small scale farm located on the Keystone Peninsula 30 minutes west of Tulsa. They grow salad greens, fruit, vegetables and perennial plants. Owner and operator, Madden Humphrey, is a delight to work with an specializes in market gardening, offering a flavorful lineup of salad mixes for us, among other seasonal favorites.
Prairie Thyme's goat cheeses were requested by so many of our customers, and now that we've tried all their products- we can see why! With a hefty lineup of robust flavors, it's hard to pick a favorite. Swan Bros. Dairy is a family owned and operated fourth generation dairy farm nestled in the northeast corner of Oklahoma.
