The French term 'boule' refers to a small round loaf, and is the perfect addition to a picnic, lunch time soup, charcuterie board, or any farm-to-table dinner. (Which, when your grocer is Grassroots, that's every meal.) These sourdough loaves have a straight forward crispy crust with a giving but established crumb.
The benefits of sourdough: The fermentation process of sourdough improves the bioavailability of the nutrients in whole grain flours, making the nutrients easier for the body to absorb.
