Amelia's sourdough loaf is baked in a 9"x5" loaf pan with a nice "mushroom" top, then sliced to make it sandwich ready. This is the bread your deli sandwich has been looking for. Great for all around uses- breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The benefits of sourdough: The fermentation process of sourdough improves the bioavailability of the nutrients in whole grain flours, making the nutrients easier for the body to absorb. Breads containing sourdough cultures are naturally probiotic and have lower phytate levels which make the grains more nutritious and easier to digest.
Note: No preservatives of any kind are used in this bread, If not consumed 3-4 days upon delivery it is best to put in freezer to prevent mold.
