Our pork chops are the star of our show, the very first thing we recommend to customers who want to try our meats. Not to brag, but we're pretty sure all the other pork chops you've had pale in comparison. Our butcher cuts them thick like our steaks with an old style of butchering that includes the bone and a thick layer of nutrient-rich, firm-but-buttery fat. They come two per package and are bone-in.
How are our prime chops different than our trimmed chops? They are (much) larger, have extra-heavy marbling, and have an extra thick layer of fat for flavor and moisture retention when cooking.
