Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • (2 large) Eggs
  • (1/2 tbsp.) Worcestershire Sauce
  • (A few dashes) Your Favorite Hot Sauce
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • (2) Garlic Cloves
  • (1 bottle) Roasted Pecan Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Place all ingredients, except for the oil, in a food processor or blender and begin to puree. 

With the machine still running, pour oil in a slow, but steady stream until the bottle is empty. 

Keep the processor running until the oil becomes emulsified.

At this point taste your mayonnaise and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
