Taking Shape

Infrastructure isn't a thrilling topic of discussion, but it is certainly necessary for the equipment and plans we have for this space. It may not look like much now, but we are so excited about the progress being made. Our focus on local ingredients, sustainability, and regenerative agriculture will extend to each facet of the store and the bakery will be no exception. Our breads will harken back to the time before nutrition and flavor were stripped away in favor of quick, easy, and full of preservatives.
